Welcome! This page is sneak preview of the upcoming Bring That Back record. It will go live on Friday, September 5, 2025 on all platforms. The first video and single - Hippie Chicks - will be out August 15, 2025.

This record was recorded 2023-2025. All the songs are mine. Every note was carefully curated at the hands of Ahren Buchheister - https://www.ahrenfield.com/ - who seemingly knows everything that is knowable about recording (and now videos, since he gets all the credit for the Hippie Chicks vid, too). He also played guitars, bass, banjo, mandolin, pedal steel, keyboards and who knows what else on various tracks. And he wrangled up the other amazing players that appear on the record, with the exception of my regular duo partner Kevin Pezutti, who also added bass and vocals throughout. Two of the songs - Hey Virginia and Dead Man's Desk - I wrote in 2025 as we were working toward wrapping up the project. Two others - Hippie Chicks and Sweet As Honey - I wrote a while ago, but were completely transformed and brought life in the studio. Leave the Light on, Bring That Back and Annie Standing There were all songs I was in the process of writing before my last band - The Truth - blew all to hell. My lovely and long-suffering wife Stef is the Hippie Woman In the Van. I blame my father - may he rest in peace somewhere cool - and the weather for the sweaty mess I was in the video. And here we are. Hope you like the music.
